Various type of pump sets for domestic, industrial and agricultural purpose, copra Driers, Rubber Rollers, Paddy  Winnovers, Paddy  thrashers, Power Plough, Coconut de-huskers are the main products manufactured at this factory.  This factory has got  ISO 9002 certificate  in December2000.

Rubber  Rollers for the use of rubber  cultivators for converting raw latex  into rubber sheets are manufactured at this Unit.  In addition to this steel furniture, power plough, foundation  bolts, hose clips, GI barrel nipple are also manufactured at this factory.

This is the first processing Unit started by  Raidco in the year 1978. Pine appleslice  Titbits,  Juice syrups and squashes, Pineapple/ mixed  fruit Jams, Mango, tender mango, lime, garlic, Amla pickles are the main products of this Unit.  Pineapple products have a vide range market in Gujarath, Maharashtra States.  These products have been very well accepted by North Indians.

This was established in January 2000. Chilly Powder,Turmeric powder, coriander powder, chicken/meat masalas, puttu podi, appam podi, whole wheat atta, payasam mix are the main products of this factory The products are marked under the brand name” Family ”  which became an instant hit in the domestic market  within  a short period .  This factory obtained  ISO  9002  certificate in  July  2001.  It is the first  curry powder  manufacturing Unit  in  Kerala  getting the ISO  9002  certificate.
                 

Service Centres

Raidco  has made  elaborate arrangements for service of machines sold or distributed by it.  Qualified, experienced and well-trained  service personnel are engaged  to provide  customer satisfaction  in  service.  Raidco  has opened  service centers at the following  places.

From the above workshops, Raidco undertakes repair & services of all types of electric motors, Diesel engines, Petrol/Kerosene engine pump sets, Power Tillers, Tractors, sprayers and rewinding works of electric motors, spray paintings etc. at reasonable charges.

Besides the above service centers every sales outlet or branches is mannaged by qualified and experienced technicians  to provide  instant service to the farmers.
     
Mobile Service Centres

Raidco has set up  3  mobile workshops  based at Kannur, Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram to extend services to the farmers at their site itself.  These units  are equipped with required tools  and qualified and  experienced  technicians  to carry  out the repairs at the site
                            
Raidco Service Campaigns

Raidco arranges service campaigns at various locations   at branch level at least once in a year.  Advance intimation is given through local service co-op. Banks and Krishi  Bhavans so that farmers can make use of the service facilities. This facility is extended to the farmers at free of cost.
                   
Sales  of spare parts

To assure  availability  of superior  quality  spares  for  trouble  free working  of  the machines  for  a  longer  period,  Raidco  is supplying  genuine  spare parts  of  various  engines, motors  and other equipments  purchased  directly  from the manufactures.  Exclusive showrooms are opened at kasaragod,Kannur and Tirur for  the  sale of spare  parts
                        
Production  and  Marketing  of  Steel  Furniture

Raidco  has started  production  of  steel  furniture  at its   Agricultural  Workshop, Kannur.  Different sizes of Steel Almirah, steel  table with  laminated  Board/ Steel  top, showcase ,Bed  side locker, Hospital  coat, steel chairs,steel stool, pannel  racking systems  are the main products.  These  furniture  are now marked  through our different  Branches.  We are very  particular  in supplying  quality  products.  We  are  getting  enquiries  from  different  institutions  for bulk  supplies.  We  are  confident that our rates are very   competitive considering the quality of the materials used  . We  have  introduced a scheme  for  supplying  steel  furniture  to  the  Government/ Quasi  Government/ Bank employees  on  installment  basis.
